Dale L. Rollings
Founder of Rollings, Shaw & Associates, P.C. - Holds a Doctorate in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington University. Mr. Rollings has more than 37 years' experience in business transactions, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, sales, estate planning, and condemnation. He has served in both government (former Assistant Attorney General to Senator John Danforth) and private legal practice.
John T. Shaw
President of Rollings, Shaw & Associates, P.C. - Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Shaw has experience in eminent domain, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, appraisals, and business transactions.
Dorothy A. Wilber
Paralegal - has been with Rollings, Shaw & Associates, P.C. for more than 32 years, managing real estate transactions as well as probate and estate planning matters. Ms. Wilber's primary responsibilities include management of the real estate aspects of transactions and succession plans.
Jennifer J. Schraudenbach
Paralegal - has been with Rollings, Shaw & Associates, P.C. for more than 12 years and has extensive experience in forming, dissolving and managing corporations, giving her significant insight into the corporate aspects of any transaction or succession plan. Likewise, her prior employment at a title company gives her a unique understanding of the closing process and the steps necessary to put together complex transactions. Ms. Schraudenbach's primary responsibilities are coordination and management of due diligence, and schedule preparation, and maintenance of corporate books, and regulatory license compliance.
Cecilia A. Gehm
Receptionist - is the friendly voice you hear on the phone when calling Rollings, Shaw & Associates, P.C. Ms. Gehm is our "front door" and the person responsible for getting you to the people who can answer your questions and resolve your issues promptly.
Amy M. McCulloch
Assistant to Both Attorneys and Director of Marketing - has been with Rollings Shaw & Associates, P.C. for over 8 years. Ms. McCulloch is a certified paralegal and acts in a variety of legal support roles in the firm. She works as a financial analyst on appraisal reports as well as serving as the firm's Director of Marketing.
Cynthia B. Shaw
CFO/Treasurer - holds a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. Ms. Shaw's areas of responsibility include financial matters, bookkeeping, and general administration.
